Commercial Site Planning
We design Commercial Sites that meet Owner/Developer needs while meeting City or
County development standards. Our services include site layout, ADA compliance, parking, grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and stormwater management and settlement control documents. We coordinate closely with you throughout the process and can prepare permit applications, contract documents, and bid documents as required.

Subdivision Planning & Design
We design residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use subdivisions. Our services cover overall layout, roadways, utilities, stormwater, and sewer systems, as well as rezoning documents when needed. We handle construction drawings, bid documents, permits, and manage the bidding process—all while working closely with the owner/developer from start to finish.

Individual Lot SWPPP Plans
Design of individual lot Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). Preparation of
plans and specifications as required. Submittal of plans and permit applications to
applicable regulatory agencies as required.

Commercial & Industrial Structural Engineering Services
We provide structural design using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood materials.
Services include building and foundation design, facility modifications, equipment
supports, and containment area design. We prepare drawings, specifications, and
contract documents. We also provide structural failure analysis and repair design services.

Residential Structural Engineering Services
Structural Engineering design for new residential structures (one to three story buildings). Structural design using steel, concrete, masonry and wood materials. Preparation of construction documents and specifications. Structural system failure analysis and repair design. Temporary shoring design. Design of replacement beams
and columns. Foundation failure analysis and repair design.

Real Estate Closings
We can provide structural damage and/or failure analysis of existing structures for real estate closings. These services generally include an onsite investigation, document reviews, and preparation of a report including project description, a description of services performed, photographs, conclusions, and
recommendations. These services require a $750 retainer and a signed contract which is not dependent upon closure of the real estate transaction.
